Somatic Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Sessions — a nervous-system reset designed to calm the mind, regulate stress, and restore clarity.

Led by somatic therapist and yoga teacher Tasha Prabha, these 60-minute sessions blend gentle restorative yoga, somatic awareness, breathwork, and therapeutic sound frequencies to help employees unwind and recharge.
